By placing a commission with me you agree to my Terms of Service.

You must be 18+ to commission any artwork from meClient shall NOT reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for the purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the Work. Nor shall the Client sublicense others to reproduce and /or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.I retain full commercial and distribution rights to any commissions I produce. I do not claim ownership or the rights to intellectual property or the character(s) depicted in commissions, unless they are my own. [Read further in Copyright Information section]My commissions are taken by Artists Choice and are NOT first come first serve. I have the right to deny any commissions and choose the ones I wish to do. My selection of commissions has nothing to do with who you are as a person. My choices are made based solely on the content of the commission and nothing else.Keep an eye on my Queue on Trello, I try to take every slot I receive. When it's time for your slot you will be moved to the "Doing" list on Trello. Once I have a wip for you I will contact you for approval and any changes on the rough sketch. AFTER Approval of the rough I will send you an invoice. Work will cease until invoice is paid. My Queue clears each month, I'll do as many as I can each batch.I allow partial payments but you will only get partial work.I will not tolerate constant harassment over a commission.

Constant messaging about your commission will result in a cancellation and a block.
I work very quickly and keep my Trello up to date, there is no reason to continuously message me about your commission.I reserve the right to do my commissions in whatever order I see fit.I will not copy or emulate another artist's style. If you want their style, go commission them.
Do not tell me how I should draw things if it deviates from how I draw.

You are allowed up to 2 WIPs per stage (Sketch, Line, Color)
Once each stage is given the green light I will not work on that stage again.
(If you tell me the line work is all good and I start coloring, I will not touch lines again)
I will only make edits on a completed piece if there is a mistake that is my fault
(Missing marking, Missing earring, Wrong eye color)

Copyright InformationAs the artist, I am permitted to do the following:-Post the art on any website/social media of my choosing
-Crop, edit, or alter the image for promotional use
-Make prints, digital portfolios, CDs, books etc. of the artworkThe commissioner is allowed to:-Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise
-Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s), but not the drawing itself
-Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist
-Post the artwork in their personal galleries, with full credit given to the artist
-If a client's commission has been stolen, misused, or falsely claimed by another individual, the client may report a removal request OR reach out to me to request removal.Should Copyright Infringement occur, the client’s rights to the art will be forfeit.Considered Copyright infringement:-Reproducing, redistributing, or using the copyrighted artwork commercially
-Reselling/making money off the art without the artist’s prior consent
-Claiming credit for the creation of the artwork
-Removing any watermarks/signatures
-Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent

All Character animation is $40/hr

Animations will be paid for after completion. I will be timing myself and will send screenshots of the timer with every major WIP. Once completed I will send you an invoice with the calculated amount due which must be paid before you receive the file.
